Inspection

Including perimeter, inside structure, under structure, and any outside buildings (upon request).

Documentation

Locate and identify areas where water, moisture, and pests can enter. Includes WDIIR, graph, and digital pictures.

Recommendations

Removal of any contributing factors leading to infestation.

Treatment

Including current and/or future recommendations.

Termite Letter

If you are in need of a Termite Letter, WDIIR, Wood Destroying Report, or NPMA-33, please fill out the form below. If you want to know about other issues not covered by a standard termite letter — excessive insect activity, bed bugs, brown recluse or black widow spiders, water intrusion, bridging, moisture, or fungal/microbial growth — select the Extended Inspection option on the form.

Buying or selling requires a WDIIR inspection or report. In most cases that charge is $65.00 depending on area of travel.
